Take advantage of our free onsite waster + dryer. Detergent is also provided in addition to common cleaning supplies for the home.

Bath and Pool towels are provided as well shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Smart TVs are located in every room of the house including our 70” in the great room. We provide complimentary Netflix, Hulu Live, Disney + and XXXXXXXX or you may log in to your personal streaming devices as needed.

Our arcade games include a sit down PacMan Cocktail Arcade with 400+ old school games plus stand up Golden Golf Tee 3d!

Additional board games are located below the main TV in the credenza as well.

A pass-thru window from the kitchen to the backyard looks at our kidney shaped pool plus hot tub, covered lanai with 2 ceiling fans plus an over abundance of outdoor seating from lounge chairs, couch and dining table (seats 8-12). If it gets too hot we have outdoor umbrellas, plus a covered 40 foot stretch with misters to keep you cool. In the evening, we love our 2 outdoor gas fireplaces to gaze at the desert mountains during sunset or roast s’mores. And don’t worry, we always have pool floats, air compressor and cornhole!

This property is lined with tall perimeter walls and gates around the entire property for your safety and privacy. You can enter thru the outer front gate with your own secure digital code, or use the private garage that is attached to the home from the inside. The property has automatically timed lights throughout the outdoor landscape to keep it well lit no matter when you enter or exit. We feel most secure to have our amazing House Manager very close by as well for any urgent needs!

We have a private attached garage that can fit one car plus a tesla charger for complimentary e-charging. We also have a driveway that can fit 2 cars as well.

Our wi-fi at the house is Verizon Fiber tested at 1,000 MBPS.

Need to work? There is a personal desk in the master bedroom but plenty of counter space at the dining table or kitchen island with 4 bar stools.
